Living Well Clinic

Relief & Recovery from Chronic Pain

Anne Glennie Dip. CBH, MNCIP (Reg.), GHR (Reg.)

Chronic Pain Therapist

Living with pain is distressing and debilitating; it can leave you feeling lonely and isolated, because no one really understands what you’re going through.

Therapy is a safe space where you can share your true thoughts and feelings, without worry or judgement. It provides support and practical coping techniques that can make a positive difference to your everyday.

As a Chronic Pain Therapist and certified Pain Reprocessing Therapy Practitioner, I use a multi-component, holistic approach which is backed by research and is evidence-based. By combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), clinical hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) with relaxation and mindfulness, I can help you relieve pain, manage symptoms and rediscover daily wellbeing for your body and mind.

Join your session from the comfort of your own home with Zoom therapy on a 1-to-1 basis, at a time to suit you. Please get in touch for a free, relaxed chat to see how I could help.
